**Honda Brand Specialists **for a high volume brand, you must be self-motivated, high energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record in retail sales and provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Our Honda Brand Specialists is responsible for offering a customer focused approach to vehicle sales by performing the following duties:

- Greeting customers on the sales floor in a friendly and timely manner, performing a vehicle needs analysis.
- Making effective follow up appointments and phone calls to our customer data base.
- Explaining features and demonstrate operation of vehicles.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Work with Sales Managers to negotiate trade appraisals.
- Knowledge of current new and pre owned inventory.
- Completing all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Personally delivering and familiarizing the customer with their new purchase.
- Attending/completing required training and department meetings as required.
- Keeping abreast of competitor products and the overall automotive market in Canada.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service (CXI) from beginning to the end of the sales process and beyond.

**Education and Experience**:

- Previous sales and customer service experience a asset.
- Second language an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Driver's license in good standing and clean driver's abstract required.
- VSA license in good standing.
