**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Honda Brand Specialist, you will provide a customer-focused approach to vehicle sales by:

- Greeting customers on the sales floor in a friendly and timely manner and conducting vehicle needs analyses.
- Making effective follow-up appointments and phone calls to our customer database.
- Explaining vehicle features and demonstrating their operation.
- Exhibiting strong communication and negotiating skills throughout the sales process.
- Working with Sales Managers to negotiate trade appraisals.
- Maintaining knowledge of current new and pre-owned inventory.
- Completing all necessary paperwork and arranging delivery and registration of vehicles.
- Personally delivering vehicles and familiarizing customers with their new purchase.
- Attending required training sessions and department meetings.
- Staying up to date with competitor products and the overall Canadian automotive market.
- Providing a high level of customer service (CXI) from the first interaction through the entire sales process and beyond.

**Education and Experience**:

- Previous sales and customer service experience is an asset.
- Second language is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean abstract required.
- VSA license in good standing required.
