**Leasing Coordination**
- Build strong rapport with prospective tenants, highlighting the value and lifestyle of our properties.
- Maintain up-to-date listings across all advertising platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional resident experiences.

**Tenant Relations & Retention**
- Support retention programs, communications, and events that strengthen tenant satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to newsletters, surveys, and appreciation initiatives that keep our communities vibrant and engaged.

**Who You Are**
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss.
- A confident communicator with a polished, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools (Buildium, Canva, social platforms, G Suite, etc.).
- Naturally sales-driven and energized by connecting with people.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Experienced in real estate, marketing, or hospitality (an asset, but not required).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Property Management experience is an asset.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes related to marketing initiatives is beneficial.
