**Your Mission**:

- Contribute to the development and delivery of BioScript’s competency model.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute the performance management process and programs through identification of best practices, consultation with various stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and delivery of individual development planning, cultural strategy, and change management.
- Assists with planning and the implementation of ongoing leadership assessments, succession management and competency integration initiatives.
- Facilitate sessions of key development and cultural programs.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Adult Learning or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPTD, CTDP) is an asset.
- Prosci or change management certification is an asset
- 5+ years’ experience in progressive Human Resources roles specifically in an Organizational Development capacity.
- Experience in talent management practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high-profile initiatives and competing priorities.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills, along with strong planning and organizational skills.

**Compensation**: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
