**As**a Procurement Specialist**,**you will**:
- Support internal clients in their procurement needs, guide them through procedures, and provide advice. Analyze requests to understand needs, requirements, and challenges.
- Collaborate with our security and legal experts to analyze new requests, manage risks, and establish contracts. At Coveo, data protection and security are paramount
- Compete and compare available solutions on the market. Negotiate contractual and strategic agreements to obtain the best options on the best terms.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and establish partnerships. We use cutting-edge technologies and strive to maintain our competitive advantage.

**Here is what will qualify you for the role**:
- Relevant experience of 2 to 5 years in procurement.
- Mastery of contract reading and review.
- Expertise in purchasing technologies and services.
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent prioritization skills.
- Rigorous mindset, exemplary organization, autonomy, and customer orientation.
- Advanced computer skills, ideally with knowledge of Workday & ServiceNow.
- Working proficiency in French.
