Description

As a Procurement Specialist Intern, you’ll evolve in the consulting engineering sector. Being a dynamic individual, you'll actively participate in meeting the growing demands of our employees and clients.

**As a team member, you’ll**:
become familiar with Procurement department instructions and put them into practice.
prepare and perform, under supervision, or help perform the following tasks:

- Carry out pre-qualifications of suppliers and contractors.
- Assemble and issue tender documents.
- Coordinate the addenda period.
- Coordinate the receipt, opening and analysis of proposals.
- Coordinate the clarification period.
- Prepare business analyses and purchase recommendations.
- Create purchase orders/contracts and manage changes/addenda and revisions.
- Organize meetings with successful bidders.
- Follow up with suppliers in a rigorous and documented manner.
- Follow up on the progress of procurement packages based on the chosen strategy.

**Requirements**:
Ongoing studies toward a college diploma or university degree in Procurement
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Bilingual (English and French)
