**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding and training development.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Coordinate team management activities, including scheduling meetings and events.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in training development and supervising staff is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and human resources practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Benefits**:
