We are a Wellness centre at UBC in Wesbrook Village providing chiropractic, acupuncture, kinesiology and naturopathic services. Our company is 5 and a half years old. There is so much growth and excitement at the village which is nestled in the endowment lands.

We will need part time reception from February and then the hours would change to F/T eventually

We are open Monday-Saturday

**Duties**:

- Jane App Scheduling, Direct and Third party billing, and some filing
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies, product inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, orthotics and packages
- Ensure the reception area and rooms are clean, organized, and presentable at all times

**Requirements**:

- **MUST HAVE: Previous experience with using the JANE APP as a receptionist**:

- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
