**Primary Focus**:
The Server greets, seats, and services guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Take and deliver food and beverage orders, suggestively sell, receive payment, and assist other service personnel as needed to provide total guest satisfaction.

**Experience**:
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele written and oral.
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency when serving guests; meets service cycle timing standards
- Possesses strong product and menu knowledge

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
- Customer service skills - able to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must work well within a restaurant team culture.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
- You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
