Currently we have an opportunity for **a Bakery Manager** at our 720 Bristol Road, Mississauga location. Your skills that we need for our team are:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Bakery area
- Hire and onboard new staff
- Train employees on baked goods preparation and proper use of equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Add new items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all bakery areas and displays are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- Knowledge and experience of Mediterranean pastries and desserts such as Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse, unique European & Mediterranean delicacies like Rococo, Paradise, Baklava, Turkish Delight and Pyramid cake is essential.
