**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**
- To set up the buffet counter and maintain cleanliness.
- To take care of all the food in the buffet counter, reheat food, replenish food, drinks, condiments etc.
- Make sure the buffet counter clean, tidy and wiped down as per company standard.
- To help out in cooking, such as breakfast, muffins, cookies, prepare veggie platter, salad bowls, and
make sandwiches.
- To display weekly menus.
- To monitor the cleanliness of all areas including kitchen, storeroom.
- Monitor, tidy and setup up washrooms and shower rooms
- To clean up kitchen equipment; such as combi-oven, microwave, induction range; fridge, dish-washer;
etc.
- To collect dirties from customers.
- To wash dishes.
- To assist tracking beverages bottles returns and recycling
- To process dirty linens, placing them in Linen bags and follow the linen laundry procedure.
- To assist cook with inventory stocking.
- To clean coffee machine.
- To monitor Knife Count: all sharp objects and knives and to be counted and recorded on the knife record
sheet for airport security reason, any lost items will be staff’s responsibility.
- To monitor Fridge and freezer temperature. The temperature readings are to be recorded TWICE daily
and recorded on the fridge and freezer record as per food, health and safety requirement.
- To monitor food temperature: temperature check must be done EVERY HOUR as per food, health and
safely requirement.
- To ensure that proper cleaning procedures are adhered to and personal protective equipment (PPE)
is worn at all times during the shift. Employees are expected to follow all health and safety
regulations, enforced and updated by the company.
- To transport food, equipment or stock from one lounge to the other; or to different locations.
- To take up any additional duties and work based on operational requirement as assigned by on duty
manager

**RESPONSABILITÉS PROFESSIONNELLES**
- Aménager le comptoir du buffet et maintenir la propreté.
- S'occuper de tous les aliments du comptoir du buffet, réchauffer les aliments, réapprovisionner les aliments, les boissons, les condiments, etc.
- S’assurer que le comptoir du buffet est propre, rangé et essuyé conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.
- Aide à la cuisine, comme le petit-déjeuner, les muffins, les biscuits, préparer un plateau de légumes, des saladiers et faire des sandwichs.
- Afficher les menus hebdomadaires.
- Surveiller la propreté de tous les domaines, y compris la cuisine, la réserve.
- Surveiller, ranger et configurer les toilettes et les salles de douche
- Nettoyer le matériel de cuisine ; comme four combiné, micro-ondes, cuisinière à induction ; réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle; etc.
- Collecter les salissures des clients.
- Faire la vaisselle.
- Faciliter le suivi des retours et du recyclage des bouteilles de boissons
- Traiter le linge sale, placez-le dans des sacs à linge et suivez la procédure de lavage du linge.
- Remplir l'inventaire.
- Nettoyer la machine à café.
- Surveiller le nombre de couteaux : tous les objets tranchants et les couteaux doivent être comptés et enregistrés sur la feuille d'enregistrement des couteaux pour des raisons de sécurité de l'aéroport, tout objet perdu sera sous la responsabilité du personnel.
- Surveiller la température du réfrigérateur et du congélateur. Les lectures de température doivent être enregistrées DEUX FOIS par jour et enregistrées sur le registre du réfrigérateur et du congélateur conformément aux exigences en matière d'alimentation, de santé et de sécurité.
