We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Prep Cook** to join our kitchen team. The prep cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and assisting chefs with basic cooking tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role is essential to maintaining food quality, safety, and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
- Assist chefs in basic cooking and plating as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management

- Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation des zones de préparation
- Aider les chefs dans les tâches de cuisson de base et le dressage des plats
- Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire

- Expérience en cuisine souhaitée mais non obligatoire
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
- Sens du détail et bonne gestion du temps

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.10-$23.00 per hour
