Are you passionate about RVs and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a **Service Advisor** to join our team and be the bridge between our valued customers and top-tier RV service

**What You'll Do**:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking service, maintenance, and repair for their RVs., ensuring they receive top-notch service from start to finish. Your key responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers and understanding their service needs.
- Scheduling and coordinating service appointments using our Appointment Scheduler.
- Creating and managing work orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy for our technicians.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and providing timely updates.
- Collaborating with technicians and warranty advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Performing quality control checks to uphold our high standards.
- Providing estimates and discussing service options with customers.
- Closing work orders promptly and ensuring accurate billing.

**What We're Looking For**:
While experience in the RV or automotive industry is a plus, we value **skills and personality** above all. We're looking for someone who:

- Has exceptional **communication** and **customer service** skills.
- Is highly **organized** and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrates **problem-solving** abilities and a proactive approach.
- Works well under pressure and maintains a positive, professional attitude.
- Is **empathetic** and can handle customer concerns with tact and diplomacy.
- Has strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to work alongside technicians and fellow service advisors.
- Has basic computer skills and is comfortable with data entry and scheduling software.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent life experience.
- Experience in customer service or a sales environment (1+ year preferred).
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to work.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the RV service industry.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.
- Physical requirements include standing, bending, and occasional lifting.

Compensation:$22.00 - $30.00 based on expereince
