Position:
Bookkeeper cum Manager's Assistant cum Recruiter

**Job Description**:
Financial Bookkeeping:
Responsible for the company's daily financial bookkeeping to ensure accurate recording of all business activities;
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and statistical analysis to provide decision support to management;
Manage company bills, vouchers and other financial documents for filing and periodic audits.

Manager Assistant:
Assist the company manager in daily office management and work coordination;
Responsible for manager's schedule, document organization and information screening;
Planning and organizing internal and external meetings of the company, providing relevant meeting support.

Recruiter:
Responsible for the company's search for employers, responsible for the company's search for employer resources

Coordinate with department managers to ensure employer search needs are met;
Maintaining recruitment channels, establishing and maintaining a quality talent pool.

Tenure Requirements:
Fluent in English and written English

College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, management or human resources is preferred;
Ability of financial analysis and report preparation;
Familiar with relevant financial regulations, some financial work experience is preferred;
Ability to organize and coordinate, able to complete tasks independently;
Proficiency in using office software and strong text editing skills;
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
Recruitment experience is preferred.

Business Travel Requirements

Mandarin language required

Cantonese may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op

**Salary**: $15.50-$33.75 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 2P3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
