**Duties**
- Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Handle cash management, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in the hiring process and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with the management team on budgeting, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory tracking.
- Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and purchasing decisions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and store management is essential.
- Proficient in payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and training & development.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with good phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial reporting.
