Our BC head office location is seeking full-time **Administrative Manager**.

**Job Duties**:

- Develop and improve company’s administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Direct, plan and evaluate the operations of the administrative support department.
- Plan and schedule office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Direct and coordinate the daily communication with the branch company in China.
- Occasionally to work at midnight to host meetings with the branch company in hina.
- Direct and advise departmental staffs in providing records management, security, purchasing, and other administrative services.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Work with management teams to set budgets, and control the expenses on equipment, supplies and other service contracts.
- Prepare reports and briefs for company’s management team for the evaluation of administrative services.
- Interview, oversee and train departmental staffs; provide performance review of the departmental staffs.

**Education & Experience**:

- College diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of administrative manager experience.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $68,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
