Fire+ is hiring an Administrative Manager for our Burnaby branch
**Duties**:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations
- Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth
- Fleet Vehicle Management including fuel cards, vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Benefits Plan Administrator for all employees
- Responsible for staff travel bookings
- Oversee Telus portal and all employee technology devices
- Develop and implement organizational systems to enhance office efficiency
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an HR support role
- Proven experience in an executive administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
