**What We’re Looking For**

We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative who communicates clearly, enjoys helping clients, and brings a warm and polished presence to the front desk. Someone who is detail oriented, reliable, calm under pressure, and enthusiastic about learning garment care. This role requires accuracy, strong English communication, and a genuine commitment to excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect garments and identify stains, fabric types, and special care needs
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile and genuine warmth
- Record detailed notes for operation and tailoring departments
- Ensure accuracy in all intake and pickup processes
- Communicate garment information to clients in clear English
- Support quality control and track items throughout the workflow
- Maintain full accuracy in POS and front desk systems
- Organize workstations and maintain a structured counter

**Ideal Qualities**
- Strong English comprehension and solid verbal communication
- Team oriented and willing to help in different departments
- Highly detail oriented with strong observational skills
- Interested in learning about garment types and fabric care
- Calm and focused during busy moments
- Dependable with a high level of accuracy
- Mature, professional, and friendly in all communication
