**FIELD FLEET SUPERVISOR**

Reporting to Fleet Maintenance Manager, the Field Fleet Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations on site. This individual will manage onsite Mechanics, Welders and Lube Technicians to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, and quality of all repairs. This role is on a rotational schedule where camp accommodations are provided.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Ensure safety is a top priority while performing all duties and responsibilities
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance on site are completed in a cost-effective and timely manner
- Communicate with site management to forecast equipment needs and ensure availability of equipment
- Schedule work rotations for all fleet maintenance staff onsite
- Update and maintain maintenance records using the E360 program
- Support, maintain, and implement all maintenance policies and procedures and communicate maintenance requirements
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification is required
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience providing leadership, supervision, and development to employees in a fleet repair and maintenance environment
- Extensive knowledge in John Deere, CAT and Komatsu repairs and maintenance
- Ensure safety is a top priority at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize maintenance requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and electronic maintenance programs
- Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving issues is required
- Critical thinking and effective decision-making skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
