**Position Summary**:
The primary purpose of _Logistics & Field Support_ is providing and coordinating timely resources to assigned field service teams, including fulfilling service engineer requests, assembling PM kits, packing and shipping parts, troubleshoot shipments, stocking items in our warehouse. Strengths should include both spoken and written communication and building relationships with internal departments and external vendors. This role regularly collaborates and often works/communicates together with field service engineers, earning their trust and confidence. The _Logistics & Field Support_ should make sure all teammates are on the same page, ensuring their service team has everything necessary to perform successful service calls and satisfy customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support service teams, monitoring all requests from assigned service team(s) and performing assigned tasks
- Arranging and troubleshooting logistics
- Coordinate resources, providing and sharing information/communication to proper parties in a timely manner
- Place orders and collaborate with vendors
- Creating/placing/updating POs and requests in field service software
- Verify, gather, input, and update accurate data (e.g. logístical, parts/models, suppliers, etc.) into company databases
- Assembling and stocking PM kits
- Packaging, shipping, and receiving delicate scientific parts/modules both domestically & internationally
- General housekeeping and cleanliness of inventory stock room.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively
- Clear verbal and written communication with internal and external parties
- Create, follow up, and reconcile purchase orders until fully received
- Strong organizational skills (both physical and digital)
- Scheduling and tracking requests and orders
- Quality customer service
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Logistics (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English

**Benefits**
- Salary Range: CAD 32,000 - CAD 38,000
