Client Success and Training Specialist

We are seeking a tech-savvy and enthusiastic Client Success and Training Specialist for a permanent, full time position. The position will include providing new client onboarding and ongoing training. As well as writing and deploying training documentation for our point of sale and business management software. Our main focus is making life easier for the owners and employees of small to medium sized businesses within North America.
**Work Hours**
Monday to Friday: 7.5 hour shift between 7am and 5pm.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a professional demeanor and bolster client relationships.
- Contribute a welcoming presence for any new clients.
- Facilitate client success and training though voice, text and remote access.
- Create and maintain client facing documentation and knowledgebase.
- Participate in the continued improvement of our procedures and products.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service ability.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Highly capable of understanding new concepts.
- Exemplary time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Apple computers would be an asset.
- Experience with WordPress would be an asset.
- Some knowledge of the Google suite would be an asset.
**Experience**
One to two years of experience preferred, but not required.
**Education**
A bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, related certifications, or equivalent experience.
