As a Client Services Specialist at Thrive, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the Thrive Career Wellness Platform. In this client facing role, you will onboard, train, and continuously engage our Thrive users. If you genuinely love helping people, this is a fantastic opportunity for you In this role, you’ll meet hundreds of individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries. You’ll build connections and ultimately be supporting many on their path to career wellness. Talk about rewarding work **What you’ll be doing in this role**: - Become a Thrive Career Wellness Platform expert, having a strong understanding of the features and services available to our users - Supporting Thrive users in understanding elements of their outplacement or career management program - Hosting 1:1 virtual onboarding meetings with new Thrive users - Hosting group training sessions on the Thrive platform - Build customized career wellness programs to include the right balance of career, learning and wellness services to support our users and their goals - Driving user engagement, activation rates, and onboarding rates - Be a key part in monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our key stakeholders to deliver exceptional services to our clients - Effectively tracking and reporting on all activity, sharing insight into successes and areas of opportunity - Participating in the continued development our overall client engagement strategy - Building internal marketing campaigns to engage our English speaking user base **Skills and Experience We’re Looking For**: - Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English - Empathetic customer centricity - you obsess over your customers and seek to understand them in order to solve their problems - Outcome focused - you’ll work to drive our mission forward - Proven success and experience in a client facing, sales, or customer service-focused role - The ability to cater to a wide demographic of individuals with varying career transition and management program needs - Strong accountability, being able to take full ownership over your work - Educational background in Business, Human Resources or Communications would be considered an asset but is not a mandatory requirement **Life at Thrive**: - Fast paced, high trust environment with lots of freedom - Strong opportunity for career progression and mentorship opportunities - Remote **Total Rewards Package**: - 3 weeks paid vacation + 1 week holiday shutdown period - Health Insurance & Wellness Coverage - Yearly Learning & Development Allowance - Yearly Workspace Allowance At Thrive we understand and value diversity in our employees and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
