Join our growing team at Trinity Janitorial Services as a Quality Assurance Lead. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our cleaning crews deliver top-tier service across all client sites. You'll perform site inspections, document quality control results, and provide feedback to help crews maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections at commercial and industrial client sites
- Evaluate cleaning quality based on company standards and client expectations
- Report issues and recommend corrective actions
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to janitorial staff when needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and submit findings to management

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility services required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- French Bilingual is an asset

Expected hours: 30 per week
