**What you will do**:
The position of **Quality Assurance Associate **serves as critical support to the Quality Unit in maintaining a compliant and efficient Quality Assurance Management Program by managing the regulatory, quality and production documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Quality Assurance department by developing and implementing SOPs and Quality Management Systems to comply with GMP and company policies.
- Administer the update, development, review, collection, archiving, storage and retrieval of documents.
- Assist in preparation and administration of staff training program (GDP, GMP) for all quality systems.
- Assist in the maintenance of complaints, OOS, CAPA, internal audits, vendor certification, change controls, and other quality related records.
- Review labels to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Work independently.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in science related field.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Working knowledge of Quality Systems, GMP-related requirements.
- Superior communication and writing skills.
- 2+ years of experience in document managements/quality assurance or similar work.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and some weekends when necessary.
- Ability to self-direct and work with little supervision.
- Ability to audit the work of others regarding regulatory standards.
- Strong multi-tasking and follow-through abilities.
- Self-starter with understanding of priority and urgency of requests.
- Comfortable with learning new skills.

**Shift Options**:

- Day Shift: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday.

This is a 3-month, fixed term contract position with the potential for a full time, permanent position at the end of the contract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
