**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional individual to join our team as a Bartender/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests by providing excellent service, preparing beverages and serving food, while ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

**Bartender Duties**
- **Prepare and Serve Beverages**: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain adequate stock levels for the bar, including beverages, garnishes, and supplies. Conduct regular inventory checks and communicate restocking needs.
- **Maintain Bar Cleanliness**: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety standards.
- **Compliance**: Verify customer IDs to ensure legal drinking age and adhere to all alcohol and gaming laws.

**Server Duties**
- **Take Orders**: Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- **Serve Food and Beverages**: Deliver orders promptly and ensure food and drink quality meets guest expectations.
- **Customer Interaction**: Address guest inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and strive to create a positive dining experience.
- **Prepare Bills and Process Payments**: Present checks, accept various forms of payment, and return correct change or receipts

**Qualifications**
- Must be upbeat, energetic and friendly
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
