**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments responsibly.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations, ensuring that all drinks are prepared in a sanitary manner.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in server/bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- A valid food handling certification may be required based on local regulations.
