The IMG will perform a critical role in the walk-in clinic.

Efficiency, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment are required.

**Requirements**:

- Self-driven and motivated to learn new systems, optimize processes, increase efficiency and work independently
- Proper preparation of the patient for their telemedicine visit, through triage, the conduction of a history and limited physical exam
- Knowledge of Oscar EMR
- Ensuring consistent inventory, through daily stocking of exam rooms, fridges, filing cabinets
- Ensuring a clean, quiet environment by cleaning/sanitizing exam rooms, common spaces, foyers, and bathrooms
- Proper opening and/or closing of the clinic, as appropriate, with the Opening/Closing checklist
- Assistance and registration of patients, invoicing and collecting payment
- Record and document management
- Reliable, punctual transportation to the clinic.
- Other duties as required

It is understood that due to the nature of the clinic and ongoing evolution of the industry, your title, and/or duties/responsibilities may change and evolve in accordance with the clinic's needs.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- This role is suitable for an international medical graduate or internationally trained physician who is actively pursuing relicensing
- Applicants must have completed their MCCEE/MCCQE Part 1 or USMLE Step 1 (at a minimum) and ideally their NAC OSCE as well
- Previous residency interviews in the US or Canada are an asset
- Recent medical experience (within the last 5 years) is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written, reading)

- Flexible with regards to availability: must be able to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends
- Committed and reliable with regards to attendance and punctuality
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude
- Is enthusiastic about their work and is respectful of others. Works effectively in a team and independently
- Passionate about personal learning, training and ongoing development
