Cambridge Medical Specialists is a modern, multi-specialty clinic offering a unique opportunity for medical specialists to grow their independent practice in a fully equipped, professionally managed setting. We provide a turn-key solution that includes clinic space, full administrative support, and access to a growing referral network, so you can focus on delivering high-quality patient care without the overhead of managing your own office.

We welcome specialists from all disciplines, including but not limited to:

- Internal Medicine
- Neurology
- Dermatology
- Respirology
- Rheumatology
- Endocrinology
- Cardiology

**What We Offer**:

- Beautiful, fully furnished medical office space
- Trained administrative and clinical support staff
- Appointment booking, billing (OHIP), and patient communication handled for you
- EMR system (Accuro) fully integrated
- On-site diagnostics or access to nearby hospitals and testing centers
- Strong referral flow from local family physicians and clinics
- Flexible schedules — work part-time or full-time
- Competitive overhead model (percentage split)

**What We're Looking For**:

- Licensed to practice in Ontario (CPSO Independent Practice License required)
- Eligible to bill OHIP
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about providing quality, patient-centered care

**Compensation**:
Fee-for-service model with competitive overhead split (no fixed lease). You keep the majority of your billings while we manage the logistics.
