We are looking for an Accounting Intern with a basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles and terms who is ready for real-world experience. Under the supervision of our staff, the Intern can expect to participate in the full accounts payable cycle.

**Accounting Intern Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry, filing, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Work with accounting software
- Handle financial information with honesty and integrity
- Learn how to work as part of the Accounting Team to compile and analyze data, track information and support the company
- Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office activities

**Accounting Intern Requirements**:

- Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards an Accounting or Finance Degree
- Aptitude for mathematics, proficient with computers
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy through attention to detail
- Motivated with a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
