**Job details**:
Reporting to the Head of Account Management you will set-up for success, monitor and optimize software campaigns to align with the customer needs and expectations.
The Campaign Manager plays a key role in the planning, implementation, monitoring, day to day maintenance of advertising campaigns, reporting, and making sure the success KPIs are met.
This role actively involves in coordinating the tasks related to daily operations for the Sales and Account Management operations between internal teams.
They will work closely with the Account Managers and Sales managers to grow the existing accounts and smoothly onboard new partners.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be hands on with the Account operations and data analysis and supporting the account managers achieve the campaign success goals. Here’s what you can expect to do daily:
- Work closely with your Account Managers and Sales team to plan, launch, monitor and optimize campaigns.
- Manage day to day operational tasks which involves creating tasks and follow up on status of ongoing tasks with the Operations Manager and effectively communicating the updates to the Account Manager/Sales Manager.
- Analyze day to day performance for designated accounts and record trends, issues and identify possible optimization opportunities with designated publishers & advertiser accounts.
- Working closely with the designers to create & write compelling, persuasive copy and design strategic Ad campaigns for optimizing key KPIs.
- Onboarding of new partners by setting the client campaigns on our network platform
- Monitor budget caps and other important account metrics to gain better ROI.
- Generate Weekly/Monthly performance reports to the Account Manager and provide campaign insights
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for improving conversions, campaign structuring, targeting etc.
- Manage monthly invoicing process with Account Managers/Sales Managers.
**Skills for this role include**:
- Minimum of 1-year Experience in Advertising campaign or related field, online marketing preferably in the computer software industry, video games, technology or online businesses (a must)
- Minimum of 1 year in data & analysis experience (a must)
- Experience in Google analytics (nice to have)
- Able to provide recommendations based on daily analysis reports
- Very knowledgeable in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with agile methodology and tools like Jira (asset)
- Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce is an asset.
