- Contribute to team goals by actively participating in training sessions and team meetings.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
