We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Cilantro & Chive RED DEER. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
