Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a fast-paced Family Entertainment Centre. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious dishes with precision and efficiency, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients and cook food according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure food is cooked in a timely manner, following food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or food service establishment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
