More about the role:

- Plan and execute logistics of Road Scholar programs including scheduling vendors, speakers, and events.
- Create and track program budgets, costing and invoicing
- Manage and verify all aspects of program details and vendor contracts
- Communicate accurate details between internal and external partners.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve when complications arise, prior to and during programs.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors, speakers, group leaders and venues.
- Coordinate and monitor program timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently.

Superior attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive attitude and the desire to be part of a close-knit and effective team

Advanced organizational, time management and problem solving skills

Pro-Active, creative, innovative problem solver.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with management, colleagues and suppliers.

Strong system skills; comfortable in a complex database environment.

Contribute to the company performance and culture by embracing Routes Adventures core values and promoting a positive and enthusiastic working environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College or University education and/or related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing budgets and supplier negotiations
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Excellent command of English (oral and written) language.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
