**Job Summary**:Supervises the team, trains and cross trains, prioritizes tasks, assists with budgeting and provides status reports.

**Responsibilities**

Team Management
- Supervises team's emergency duties, coordinating installations and delivery schedules to the timescales required to ensure optimal performance of the IBXs

Technical Support
- Supports the technical operations team and client base on technical issues when required

System Support
- Ensures team members are working within the system per the operational requirements, escalating issues to the manager

Facilities Management
- Coordinates with local suppliers and keeps servicing records to ensure that datacenter infrastructure is accurately maintained

Budgeting
- Assists in drafting proposals for datacenter infrastructure improvements which require capital expenditure approval

Reporting
- Provides routine status reports on datacenter performance

Standards
- Accountable and responsible for adherence to and evolution of global standards

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience
- Bachelors
