High-end boutique gym located in Montreal is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as my right-hand person, someone with whom we can establish a strong rapport and collaboration. - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve business objectives
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.
- Welcome members and guests with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Manage member sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with member onboarding and orientation to facilities and services.
- Promote membership upgrades, personal training packages, and additional services to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of fitness classes, workshops, and wellness programs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new classes and programs based on member interests and industry trends.
- Monitor inventory of fitness equipment, supplies, and retail products, placing orders for replenishment.
- Provide training and support to staff, ensuring a thorough understanding of services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information, attendance, and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement to elevate the member experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

- 5+ years in customer service
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing teams
