**CALLING ALL JUNIOR SERVICE ADVISORS OR SERVICE BDC APPOINTMENT COORDINATORS**

**In this role, you can expect**:

- Enjoyable and busy days handling multiple inquires - since we’re responsible for multiple dealerships, the team is always busy
- A positive & helpful team working in an upbeat working environment Our last employee satisfaction survey proves our BDC is the place to be We’re proud of that and want others to join in on the fun
- Our goal is to ensure all customer and vehicle information is correct on customer files, all relevant needs and work to be done are on work orders, and to explain the benefits of manufacturer recommended services per interval.
- Enjoy a performance-based bonus plan with no cap that rewards those who want to be successful. Great news is you will earn a bonus every month, but how much of a bonus is very much up to you. More information will be provided to those contacted for interviews.
- Other related duties as required but never anything outside of BDC expectations.

**Considerations**:

- This position is a great place to start and for future career growth - Service BDC Team Members have gone on to become Service Advisors, Warranty Clerks, Parts Advisors. All of these roles can lead to more senior roles within within the automotive business.
- Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Alternating Saturdays - 7:30am to 4:30pm (a day off during the week will be provided when Saturday is scheduled.)
