**We are looking to add a full time Appointment Coordinator for our Service Business Development Center Team.**
**Responsibilities**:
Schedule customers for recommended services & diagnostics
Warranty Administration
Support service cashier
Build customer relations
Perform outbound calls to increase customer retention
Saturday work required
**Qualifications**:
Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
