We offer a “promote from within culture”, training, solid pay plans, benefits and perks including employee incentives on vehicle purchases, parts and service. - Want change in a disruptive market - Like being uncomfortable with "change" to grow - Want to be part of the "new era" of analytical leadership and empowerment **Responsibilities**: - Assign service request leads to Appointment Coordinators and help ensure timely completion. - Assist with preparation of department reports. - Assist with assigning daily work tasks to Appointment Coordinators. - Assist with the onboarding of newly hired Appointment Coordinators. - Take ownership of developing and maintaining information recourses to improve workflow, processes, and procedures. - Take over department management during absence of the Regional BDC Manager - Service. - Perform other managerial and administrative duties as needed. **Qualifications**: - 2+ years experience managing teams. - 2+ years experience customer service. - 2+ years in a call centre environment (preferably automotive BDC) considered an asset. - Able to work in a team environment and lead by example. - Comfortable using Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent time management along with the ability to prioritize assigned work. **Considerations**: - Position is Monday to Friday, 8:30m to 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch). Saturday coverage only when needed. - Office is closed Sundays and Holidays. - Competitive base salary along with monthly bonus potential. - Health and dental benefits after 3 months of employment. - Pension plan available after one year of employment.
