**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and assisting with menu selections.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with sanitizing tables, utensils, and kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials to provide accurate information to guests.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising service quality.
- A willingness to learn about the menu offerings and kitchen operations is essential.
