- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options, including daily specials.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills.
- Uphold cleanliness standards by sanitizing tables, utensils, and service areas regularly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest services role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
