Role and Responsibilities
- Work together with the global TPM team to manage large scale program that requires strong program management, risk management, and problem-solving skills
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to support business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, business, engineering, and executives) across multiple geographies for timely and high-quality completion of projects
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities in engineering practices, processes, and project organization; remove blockers and manage the change impact
- Analyze data, establish actionable goals, and suggest service improvements
- Provide visibility and transparency to project status, issues, schedule and manage project deliverables
- Adopt Scrum methodology and Agile practices and conduct scrum meetings when necessary

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or project management working in complex multi-site working environment
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies; software engineering experience preferred
- Experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of AWS services EC2, S3, RDS, Mongo etc. would be an asset
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
