**Responsibilities**:

- Project management: prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding, such as Java, PHP and JavaScript.
- Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures.
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry.
- Bilingual (English, Mandarin) communication or able to communicate verbally.
- Experience in managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, or similar.
- Ability to collaborate with IT engineers, product managers, and vendors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Magento deployment, and integration
