**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Report directly to the Site Manager for projects and customer service needs.
- Lead and mentor a crew of 5+ Journeymen and Apprentice Plumbers on diverse projects and jobs.
- Install all materials, equipment, and systems in a proficient and correct manner to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Perform quality control inspections to exceed client expectations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Act as the right hand to our Foreman by planning and coordinating sub-trades and identifying efficiencies and cost-savings to maximize project success.
- Proactively manage on-site tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to help resolve issues.
- Ensuring installations comply with applicable codes and regulations, coordinating inspections as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's Operational Health and Safety Manual.
- Location of Current secured work: Burnaby, Vancouver, UBC, New West, Richmond, Bowen Island.
- Scope 60% plumbing and the other 40% is heating, cooling, hydronic systems (including industrial work).
- Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- 2+ years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber on commercial sites.
- Previous experience as a Lead Hand or Working Foreman is considered an asset.
- Red Seal Plumber Certification.
- Positive and driven leader with experience managing small teams and projects.
- Proficiency in plumbing installations with some knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding and exposure to industry-safe work practices (safety is a priority for us).
- Outstanding time and project management skills to complete work on time and within budget.
- Self-motivated with the ability to maintain productivity without supervision.
- Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
- You bring solutions to any roadblock that comes up on the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per hour
