Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman with minimum 3 years trade experience or lead hand with minimum 2 years trade experience looking to step up into a foreman roll to join our team. We are looking for a an individual that knows that this is a hard trade but is willing to put in the hard work to grow with our company over the long term.

Working closely with the manager as Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and installing all aspects of the job requirements. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team of 1-3 guys

**Duties**:

- Plan and execute landscape projects, including hardscaping, planting and working with the clients best interests in mind.
- Supervise/ install with a team of landscapers and ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standard
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with the training and development of team members

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of landscape construction/ masonry techniques and practices.
- Ability to build and install various landscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
