**In this job, you will..**.
- Strategize and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate organic traffic, and drive sales. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Manage and optimize social ad platforms such as Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads, as well as PPC platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, social media campaigns, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators, measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, focusing on reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Stay informed about Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry trends to ensure the company remains a competitive force in the essential oils and natural wellness market.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds judiciously.

**You have...**
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the CPG e-commerce sector
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns (sales and traffic campaigns) with measurable outcomes.
- Proficient in Shopify (or related e-commerce platforms), Meta Ads, Google Ads, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other content creation tools.
- Experience with setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Capable of creating high-quality content, both visual and written, that resonates with our audience to attract leads and drive sales.
- A strong passion for the essential oil industry and natural wellness products.
