App Growth Network is a leading mobile app marketing agency based in Vancouver. We are a team of mobile growth enthusiasts driven to see our global client’s apps succeed. We work with innovative mobile app companies in the areas of health & wellness, gaming, social networking, business, and others.

**Responsibilities**
- Advise clients on paid user acquisition strategies and identify areas for testing and growth
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid channels and performance metrics (supported by a paid media specialist)
- Work with mobile growth stack platforms and tools from user acquisition, Facebook, Apple, Google Ads
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments - attend webinars, conferences and be an active participant in a mobile marketing community
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable and ASO recommendations.
- Participate in the agency knowledge and process development - if you have an idea how we can do things more effectively, we want to hear it : )

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years working in a digital marketing agency or a fast-growing tech startup and running paid ads In Canadian Market.
- Hands-on experience with paid media management tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and other online marketing tools
- Self-starter and keen to take ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strong leadership and team communication skills

**Nice to have**:

- App marketing knowledge is a big bonus but can be trained but you must prove to be mobile-savvy - we will ask you what your favourite mobile apps are
- Familiarity with MMPs and in-app analytics tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- ASO experience and knowledge
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools (Asana, Notion, Slack)
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Masters Degree in business, Marketing, Advertising or relevant field

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
