In this role, you'll drive new business growth initiatives that establish VRIFY as the category leader in AI-assisted mineral discovery, focusing on industry relationship development, demand generation programs, and pipeline acceleration for new customer acquisition. Working alongside VRIFY’s world-class Marketing team, you'll develop and execute targeted growth campaigns that expand VRIFY's market presence and convert new prospects in the mineral exploration industry.As a key member of the Marketing team, you'll work closely with sales and product teams to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, leveraging your understanding of both the mining industry and B2B growth marketing to develop innovative approaches for market expansion and new customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Growth Development:Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and media partnersDevelop and manage mining industry influencer programCreate scalable programs to convert industry relationships into business opportunitiesSupport lead generation through industry network developmentNew Business Demand Generation:Develop innovative approaches to reach and engage new prospectsCreate and optimize lead generation programs for new market segmentsGrowth Program Management:Lead the planning and execution of growth marketing initiatives focused on new businessIdentify and pursue new channel opportunities for market expansionTrack and optimize campaign performance metrics for new customer acquisitionReport on growth marketing KPIs and provide recommendations for optimizationQualificationsExperience:4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on growth and demand generationProven track record in developing relationships within technical or resource industriesExperience in event marketing and community developmentBackground in pipeline development and revenue-focused marketing programsSkills:Strong understanding of B2B growth marketing principles and demand generationExcellent relationship building and networking abilities in technical industriesExperience developing and managing influencer programsStrategic approach to pipeline development and revenue generationProven ability to build and execute multi-channel growth campaignsStrong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performanceAbility to work effectively with technical teams and translate complex conceptsExperience in mineral exploration, technology, or related industrial sectors preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation:$100,000 - $110,000 CADAnnual performance-based bonus and stock optionsRemote work flexibility with all necessary tools providedOpportunity to shape VRIFY's digital presence and user experienceGrowth potential in a rapidly expanding AI technology companyTerms of EmploymentFull-time, Permanent, Remote work in Canada.
