**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP WorkforceNow
- Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions
- Perform account reconciliation and data entry tasks related to payroll and accounting functions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as they relate to payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local payroll regulations and tax laws
- Conduct analysis of payroll data for discrepancies or errors and resolve issues promptly
- Support bookkeeping activities related to payroll expenses and financial reporting
- Collaborate with finance team to improve payroll processes and reporting efficiency
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role within a corporate environment
- Familiarity with payroll software such as QuickBooks, ADP, Ceridian, or other systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles related to payroll processing and account reconciliation
- Experience with data entry, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable processes, and analysis skills
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to compensation management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all payroll activities
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
Pay: $60,000.06-$75,043.03 per year
