**Team Leader - Janitorial Services**

**Location**: Windsor, ON **Company**: City Center Maintenance and Janitorial **Job Type**: Full-Time **Salary**: Competitive, based on experience Shifts: Days, Afternoons, Weekends, Overtime

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

**Team Leadership**
- Supervise and support janitorial staff
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct site inspections and provide coaching and feedback

**Inventory Management**
- Track and manage cleaning supplies, tools, and PPE
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
- Submit supply orders and ensure timely restocking

**Delivery Coordination**
- Organize and perform deliveries of supplies and equipment to the job site
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials
- Maintain delivery logs and communicate with site teams

**Client Relations & Quality Control**
- Ensure all work meets client expectations and company standards
- Address issues promptly and professionally
- Submit reports to management as required

**Computer Skills**
- ** Spreadsheet Management**: Ability to create, edit, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Must be comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.
- ** Scheduling Software**: Experience with digital scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or industry-specific platforms) to coordinate tasks, meetings, and resource allocation.
- ** Inventory Control Systems** _(preferred)_: Familiarity with inventory management software such as QuickBooks, Fishbowl, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Understanding of stock tracking, order processing, and reporting is a strong asset.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services, with 1 year in a supervisory role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
